Care instructions:

Heating guides - Do not overheat. Adjust times according to microwave wattage and desired heat.

Use: Heat in microwave for 1 & 1/2 minutes, care must be taken when heating and in use. To use as a cold pack keep wrapped and store in freezer. Adjustable velcro tape to hold pack in the right place. Pack wraps around the back.
